Ο Ghostface Killah έρχεται στην Αθήνα το Σάββατο, 23 Νοεμβρίου 2024, μαζί με πολλούς και εκλεκτούς καλεσμένους, σε μία βραδιά – γιορτή του hip-hop των 90s.
Στη σκηνή του Floyd θα ανέβουν και άλλα μέλη των Wu-Tang, όπως ο Cappadonna και ο Inspectah Deck, καθώς και ο Ευθύμης από τους Terror X Crew, μαζί με τον Sifu Versus και τον DJ Wheel-M. Την συναυλία θα ανοίξουν με DJ sets η Μαρίνα και ο Eversor.
Οι Wu-Tang Clan, το μεγαλύτερο rap γκρουπ όλων των εποχών, αποτελούνται από τους εξής MCs: RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God και Masta Killa. Μέχρι τον θάνατό του το 2004, συμμετείχε και ο Ol’ Dirty Bastard ενώ το 2007 εντάχτηκε στο σχήμα και ο Cappadonna. Ο Ghostface Killah, ο Method Man και ο Ol’ Dirty Bastard ήταν οι τρεις MCs που ξεχώρισαν αμέσως από το υπόλοιπο κλαν και έλαμψαν και ως solo καλλιτέχνες. Η διαμάχη για το ποιος είναι ο “καλύτερος” MC του κλαν, ανάμεσα στον Ghostface Killah και τον Method Man, παραμένει διαχρονική στους φίλους της rap μουσικής.

Ghostface Killah is coming to Athens on Saturday, November 23, 2024, joined by many special guests, for a night celebrating 90s hip-hop.
The stage at Floyd will also host other Wu-Tang members, such as Cappadonna and Inspectah Deck, as well as Efthimis from Terror X Crew, alongside Sifu Versus and DJ Wheel-M. The concert will kick off with DJ sets by Marina and Eversor.
The Wu-Tang Clan, the greatest rap group of all time, was formed in New York City in 1992 by the following MCs: RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, and Masta Killa. Until he died in 2004, Ol’ Dirty Bastard was also a member and on 2007 Cappadonna joined the crew. Ghostface Killah, Method Man, and Ol’ Dirty Bastard were the three MCs who immediately stood out from the rest of the clan and shone as solo artists. The debate over the “best” MC in the clan, between Ghostface Killah and Method Man, remains timeless among rap music fans.
