Τι θα συνέβαινε αν ο Άγιος Βασίλης αναγκαζόταν να ακυρώσει το ραντεβού του την παραμονή των Χριστουγέννων με τα παιδιά όλου του κόσμου; Λίγες μέρες πριν από τα Χριστούγεννα, ο διάσημος Άγιος έχει ένα ατύχημα στο έλκηθρό του, ακριβώς στη μέση της Μαδρίτης. Καταλήγει στο νοσοκομείο, όπου θα πρέπει να μείνει μέχρι μετά τα Χριστούγεννα. Ευτυχώς, ο τύπος με τον οποίο μοιράζεται ένα δωμάτιο στο νοσοκομείο, ο Salva, είναι πρόθυμος να παρέμβει και να αναλάβει το πολύ σημαντικό χριστουγεννιάτικο έργο του. Αλλά δεν θα είναι εύκολο...
